These Terms govern your use of the Budgeting application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is a personal finance tool that helps you view and organise your own financial information, including read-only access to bank accounts you connect. The App cannot initiate payments or move money.
Bank connections are provided through Enable Banking Oy, a regulated Account Information Service Provider. You authorise each connection with your bank and may revoke it at any time. You are responsible for keeping your device and bank credentials secure.
The App provides information and analytics based on your own data and assumptions. It does not provide personal investment, tax, or financial advice, and nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Account data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, or from reliance on information displayed in it.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
